Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, spa reception, spa appointments, therapist allocation to treatments and customer service
  • Manage and motivate a team of spa therapists, ensuring they provide exceptional service to clients
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the spa and increase revenue
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Manage the budget for the spa, including revenue targets and expense control

Personal Attributes and Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Spa Manager, preferably in a luxury spa setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
  • Fluent in English and Maltese

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage appointment bookings and ensure accurate scheduling on our spa PC based programme
  • Answer telephone inquiries and provide information about the spa and its services
  • Assist clients with filling out intake forms and completing payments
  • Distribute and control – Lockers and Locker Keys for both ladies and gents changing room
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Communicate effectively with other spa staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure swift resolution

Personal Attributes and Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
  • Fluent in English
